The maintenance of your Almeria spa is very important and by following the guidelines and using the deluxe chemical pack that you will receive with your spa you will enjoy years of fun and relaxation.
There are a few simple steps that you must follow to maintain your spa and the deluxe chemical pack contains everything you need to do so. All of the steps below may sound very daunting but in reality only take a few minutes to do, thus ensuring the cleanliness of your spa.
Every other day you have to take a water sample from the spa using the clear test kit and place the relevant tablets in the compartments. Shake the test kit well so both tablets dissolve and the water changes colour, then match the colours to the pH and the chlorine chart and use the relevant chemicals to adjust. All of the dosages are explained in the maintenance guide.

Weekly chemicals to be added are Spa No Scale, which reduces the scale build up and protects the spa shell and equipment from minerals in the water, Spa Sparkle, which is used as a water clarifier and flocculent. Large debris brought into the spa will be taken out of the water via the filters but smaller particles will pass continuously through the filters eventually turning the water cloudy, by adding Spa Sparkle on a weekly basis it will clump the fine particles together so they get removed by the filter. Spa Non Chlorine Shock acts as an oxidizing agent and kills the impurities which chlorine does not, such as deodorants, cosmetics and sun tan lotions.
Once a month you must remove the filters and soak them in a bucket with Spa Cartridge Cleaner, then thoroughly rinsed and allowed to dry completely before replacing. (We recommend that you purchase a spare set of filters so that you can continue using your spa.)
Depending upon the use your spa receives we recommend that you drain and refill your spa water every 3 months.
